Refund policy

At SHUDHIX, we are committed to providing premium-quality fragrance products. Due to the personal-use and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

No Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on:

• Perfumes
• Attars
• Room Fresheners
• Agarbatti
• Dhoop
• Cones
• Essential Oils
• Any other fragrance products

Damaged or Wrong Product

In the rare event that you receive:

• A damaged product, or
• A wrong product,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order Number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the outer packaging

After verification, we will provide a replacement or an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in cases where:

• The ordered product is unavailable after payment.
• A claim for a damaged or incorrect product is approved and replacement is not possible.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
